Adult Registration

Come sail with us! The first step to enrolling in any of our adult courses or membership programs is to download and print these two forms. The form titled "Instruction and Certification" will tell us about your sailing experience and what instruction or certification you may need. The registration form contains the information we need from you in order to get you out on the water.

Once you have completed the forms, please send them to us. If you have any questions, please call the sailing center at 617-561-6677.
